Jessyca has an extensive work experience in Human Resources consulting and in Human Resources in the offshore, IT & Telecommunication, BPO and Logistic sector. Jessyca is also a Mandela Washington Fellow from the Obama Administration in 2014.

She helps in the business development of EHR Uganda and is equally the Managing Director of Health Portal in Uganda. The latter is a medical professional who is passionate to help transform the health sector in the world, starting with Uganda and is a Mandela Washington Fellow (2014).

Jay who helps on a high level of business development and by providing financial advisory to EHR Tanzania is also the Managing Director of Knight Escrow Co Ltd, which holds its Head Office in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Jay is well experienced in the field of Finance Management, Project Management, Health Care products and Building materials.
The Operations Manager comes to EHR with more than 15 years of experience, having served several companies in various sectors in the human resources functions, in business consultancy and as a MQA trainer.
